Hood & Exhaust Cleaning

Home / Services / Hood Cleaning

NFPA 96 Compliant

Grease is the fuel. We remove it.

Grease buildup in commercial kitchen hoods and exhaust systems is one of the leading causes of restaurant fires — and one of the first things an inspector looks for. We clean the full system, not just the parts you can see: hood interior, baffle filters, ductwork and the rooftop exhaust fan.

Every job is documented with before and after photos and a dated service certificate for your records, so you're covered at inspection time.

What's included

  • Hood interior and canopy scraped and degreased
  • Baffle filters removed and pressure washed on site
  • Duct and riser cleaning to bare metal where accessible
  • Rooftop exhaust fan cleaned and hinge checked
  • Grease containment and full site cleanup
  • Dated service certificate and hood tags
  • Quarterly, semi-annual or annual scheduling
